my career in hospitality began in 2000, in Portugal. over the years that followed, I lived and worked in different countries, always drawn to places where people go to feel alive.

Saint Barthélemy was different. I arrived in 2014, and I never left. I could have been anywhere, but this island has something rare: a particular quality of light, of pace, of beauty that asks to be taken seriously. I chose to stay.
